Analysis
Price reductions for electric and hybrid cars in Brazil are the result of a series of factors, including the improvement in the economic scenario, the appreciation of the real and competition between automakers.
The launch of the BYD Dolphin EV was an important milestone for the sector, as it represented the entry of a new player into the Brazilian market with a competitive product in terms of price and technology. As a result, traditional automakers were forced to adjust to the new reality, reducing the prices of their models to remain competitive.
The price reductions are good news for consumers, who now have more options for electric cars.
And how about you? Do you think its time to change your gasoline to electrician?
